PURE is not liable for any orders that are seized, delayed, returned, or rejected by customs authorities. No refunds will be issued for orders lost due to customs confiscation.
6. No Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will review the case and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
